DivjaLabs d.o.o. is a spin-off start-up company of the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana. Privately owned and based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, we are a multidisciplinary and international team of experts offering innovative solutions in biodiversity conservation and wildlife management. Our work is grounded in the use of cutting-edge molecular genetic and computational tools. Our core laboratory services include genetic monitoring of large mammal populations and diet analysis using DNA metabarcoding. We also have extensive experience with environmental DNA (eDNA) and molecular-based biodiversity monitoring. We are open to new challenges and actively contribute to the development of novel approaches in our field.
DivjaLabs has been involved in numerous successful national and international projects, some of which have received international recognition. Our team members have authored over 120 scientific publications, including articles in leading international journals.
