Based on the floor plan of the house or apartment, we draw up a conceptual design for the smart house. After a discussion with the user and depending on the possibilities and devices in the building, we optimally arrange the smart elements. We present the conceptual solution to the client and together we prepare the final version. As the solution is modular, we prepare a complete solution at this stage, which we later install in full or in several phases. We take care of the electrical installation work, programming and scene preparation. After the solution has been commissioned, we are available to help or to make the required changes and upgrades on call. We also offer regular maintenance.
The approach to preparing internal rules is based on reviewing existing operations, document flows, information systems, and legal requirements, followed by the alignment of organizational, legal, and technical measures. The goal is to establish clear rules for the capture, processing, storage, protection, and access to documentary records so that operations are lawful, traceable, and efficient.
Cybersecurity is directly linked to internal rules, as documents and information systems must be protected against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and other risks. For this reason, the preparation of internal rules usually also includes an inventory of information assets, risk assessment, the definition of responsibilities, access management, security procedures, and the implementation of appropriate organizational and technical safeguards.
