Description of company: KRDR d.o.o. is a family-owned company that dates back to 1987. The company was founded by Dušan Kristan as a locksmith business in his home garage. Most of the activity was focused on cooperation with neighbouring companies, mainly in the wood and metal industry, while a smaller part was classical locksmith services on the market. Most of the production was of metal fittings for the furniture industry at home and abroad.
Description of products and services: During the privatisation and later the recession, the large companies we worked with went bankrupt or cancelled their programmes. This has helped us to focus our innovation and development on the manufacture and sale of our own products. One of our main programmes is the manufacture and sale of systems for the storage and transport of plate glass. We started manufacturing these in 2008 and since then have gained a lot of experience and positive references from our customers. We also manufacture and sell special innovative joinery clamps and other custom-made metal constructions.
