Based on the results of the personal skin questionnaire on our website, our online wizard creates a unique formula for the customers skin and sends it to our Balthazar. Balthazar is a high-tech robot, developed and programmed to prepare unique cosmetic products which are perfectly fit for every individual customer. Customers can also design their own personalized label. Our robot cell is actually a Smart Factory, tested in real life, where the final product is custom-made skin care product, made especially for individuals.
