Kopit d.o.o. is a family company established by Alojz Koprivnikar in 1996 in the basement of his house. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Alojz was a Technical Director for many years and received several awards for innovation and achievements. With the wealth of life experience, he is a valued consultant to the leading team.
In 1999, the construction of a smaller production hall started due to successful operation. After moving to the new location, a purchase of modern processing machines and a design of a modern business system followed. In this period, the company focused on the production of smaller batches of more demanding products.
The increasing volume of work in 2014 resulted in the need for further recruitment, strengthened machine park and new, bigger premises.
Now, 63 persons are employed and 26 machines are used in the area of 3000 m2.
From the very start, the Company’s policy has aimed at the continuous improvement of the quality of products and services, employee training, creating the best conditions for work, fair long-term cooperation with customers and suppliers and the introduction of modern organizational methods. This has resulted in our growth and has been integrated into the culture of our business in all respects.

We are reliable manufacturer of demanding metal products employing turning, milling and 5-axis machining.
Our product relies on high-quality machine tools manufactured by Mazak. The unified machinery enables optimal operation and maintenance of the machines, which results in the stability of our production process. 80% of CNC lathes are connected to feed devices.
Our organisation and the information system support the manufacture of products meeting high requirements regarding quality and traceability which we prove with all the necessary document. At all times, computerised papereless production provides us with the insights into the results of the implementation of control plans and the statistical data on the process
Close attention is paid to constant and systematic education and training of the employees. Young staff, low fluctuation level and good relationships in the team from the base for even better performance in the future.
