The company is a Slovenian market leader, mainly due to its core solution, Hospital Information System (HIS) Hospital360, which is used in about 80% of Slovenian hospitals and some private healthcare centers. The system is used by health institutions to cover all their digital needs, supporting their work processes along entire clinical paths and providing required IT tools for patient admission, in- or out-patient treatment, laboratory or imaging diagnostics, and also sophisticated billing for charging all the executed services to either insurance companies or patients.Similarly, SRC Infonet provides an information system for primary healthcare centers and private clinics that covers all their digital needs as well, having a somewhat lower yet still significant 55% Slovenian primary healthcare market share.
Moreover, the company provides specialized solutions for various specialties such as microbiological laboratories where sample processing requires adequate IT support, or for radiology centers where its proprietarily-developed Radiology Information System (RIS) that communicates with many third-party Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and is seamlessly integrated to Hospital360 plays an important role.
Lately, SRC Infonet has been addressing patients by more actively including them in the treatment process. As such, the company has developed friendly solutions for waiting rooms like their wall-terminal QueueMate that registers patients who insert their healthcare insurance cards in the terminal and automatically refers them to the ward where they are expected, eliminating the need of administrative staff in the admission process. Similarly, all the Slovenian emergency centers that were equipped by SRC Infonet with its software now include TV settopboxes that provide patients with queue, waiting time and ward occupancy information in real-time.
