In accordance with the Strategy of the Sava Business Group and Sava, d.d., adopted at the beginning of 2019, the Group has transformed into the largest Slovenian tourism group, representing a major provider of tourism services in Alpine, Thermal Pannonian and Mediterranean Slovenia. Sava, d.d. is 95.48% owned by Sava Turizem, d.d. As of 1 April 2020, the merger of Hoteli Bernardin, d.d. into Sava Turizem, d.d. was entered in the court register, and as of the cut-off date of 30 June 2019, the two companies are operating as a single entity. Hoteli Bernardin, d.d. became part of the Sava Group at the beginning of 2019.
