capital of €50,000.00. The main activity of the company's business is established under the code 28.120 - Manufacture of fluid technology equipment as well as other listed (Source: AJPES). The aim of founding the company was to develop products for continuous aeration of liquids with a special technology. The product was made on the basis of extensive studies of the mixing of fluids and it’s still evolving. Today Toring Turbine employs five people in the field of engineering, sales, marketing, and development. Initially, the company employed just one person (as the sole shareholder until 2012), who led all business activities. Toring Turbine is one of the fastest growing water aeration companies on the market. We are
flexible, innovative and sustainable company which strives to provide the best energy efficient solutions for water, wastewater and recycling. Our team has knowledge and skills to implement cost-effective, fast to deliver projects with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art technologies. In the future, the company intends to recruit staff in the engineering field and technology, mainly to develop new products, as well as to work on development of current
products. With 8 years of experience, our products are used in more than 68 countries as part
of the 187 worldwide projects. We have references from almost every industry dealing with water. Today, together with our 8 distributors we cover the most important markets, as we
have a tendency to spread to even more interesting new markets. Toring Turbine protected the model as well as the brand around the world, patented in Slovenia.

| Description of products and services: |
The primary objective of our product, given that we live in a world of rapidly growing economies, thereby increasing the stress on the environment, in particular on drinking
water resources and consequently human health, is enhancement and preservation of quality of water resources. Toring Turbine Aerator oxygenates by injecting air into water and no water into the air. It takes a lot less energy to push air into water compared to water into air. This is the reason why the ToringTurbine Aerator is able to outperform competing aerators having up to seven times more kW. Most of the applications are in the field of waste water (waste water oil industry, slaughterhouses, food processing industry), with growing usage in fish farms and artificial or natural lakes and ponds. In addition to the basic function of adding oxygen, our device also has the ability to add a variety of gases into the water (ozone, pure oxygen).
