IMS INVEST was founded in 1999 as a part of reorganization of IMS GROUP's profit centers. At the beginning the primary business was construction of business premises for the purpose of letting. In 2001 IMS INVEST expanded its activity to road construction, manufacturing of composed bitumen and low temperature asphalt binders on the basis of Sasobit for Slovenian market. Moreover, in 2008 IMS INVEST established an exclusive distribution license with today's Solenis, a company for manufacturing and distributing chemicals and treating water for the paper and pulp industry, for Slovenian and Croatian market. Today IMS INVEST continues to provide office space to companies.

Low temperature bitumen:
So far, there have been already several successful projects implemented in Slovenia, which demonstrate that the construction of road surfaces with low temperature asphalts is an important and necessary advancement in the industry.
